Our approach to resident involvement has been to offer a variety of involvement activities requiring differing levels of commitment from residents. Some activities deal specifically with local issues of importance, others deal with policies, others with specific improvements whilst Board Membership deals with guiding the organisation.
Background
Some activities such as satisfaction surveys, focus group meetings and surveys help us to gather customer opinions on a number of different matters. These activities enable residents from all areas of our stock to comment on local and general issues.
We are continually reviewing our involvement structures and processes and are willing to alter our current methods of involvement in response to customer needs and aspirations. Our Resident Involvement processes cover a range of activities from providing information, consulting on local or general matters and involving residents in making decisions about how we deliver our services.
