Our approach to managing your neighbourhood effectively is to involve people who live there as much as possible. We want to have a real presence in your neighbourhood and your Housing Officer and our TrustFix  team will be working with you to achieve this.

We are dedicated to developing clear estate service standards so that you can measure our performance effectively and these are in progress.

We want to improve the appearance of our internal and external communal areas in your neighbourhoods and make sure they are safe, clean and cared for. Our TrustFix team have reviewed their cleaning schedules and these are attached below so you can see when we will be cleaning in your area.

We will be carrying out regular, systematic and effectively recorded estate inspections which you will be invited to take part in. Watch this space for more information!

We are also making positive steps towards developing a wider approach to neighbourhood management through the delivery of two way neighbourhood contracts which will be launched October 2008.
