Our Tenants’ Panel is the main consultative body for the Trust. The Panel was originally set up to deal with options appraisal and the stock transfer, and they were responsible for helping to develop the Offer Document which was sent to all tenants before the vote for transfer. Once the Trust was established, the Panel remained in place so that we could continue our tenant consultation.

The Panel is open to tenants and leaseholders from across the borough. Some members are there to represent their local tenant association, but you do not need to be a member of an association to join the Panel.

The Panel meets monthly at Ropewalks, and consults on a wide range of Trust issues, such as delivering on the promises of the Offer Document and our improvement programme. They are also consulted on any changes to our policies that will affect tenants.
