But we don’t stop there……You have also told us that you wanted us to offer more flexible repairs appointments. Later repairs appointments are now available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with appointments available up to 7pm.
You have asked us for a quicker turnaround for planned appointments. We have planned a schedule of weekly batched work which should enable us to offer all planned appointments in a 3 month timescale, halving our previous promise of 6 months.
And we’re still listening…… The feedback we receive from you on surveys, in focus groups and in person is very valuable and helps us to tailor our service to your needs.
