Michelle Kerton
Michelle works as our Complaints Officer. She recieves all the complaints and compliments that come into the Trust. Her role is to resolve all complaints and ensure that the appropriate changes are made within the organisation to improve our service and prevent repeat complaints. Michelle has worked for the Trust as a Complaints officer since September 2008. Before this, she worked for the Trust as a Customer Service Advisor. Contact with the customers and being able to help them is what she enjoys the most about her job. She also has to liaise with managers and other staff members throughout the Trust to assist with the improvement in services in relation to complaints.
