Challenge Group
The role of the Challenge Group is to take a strategic overview of Resident Involvement within the Trust with the remit to monitor and challenge the outcomes of all Resident Involvement activities.
This will include service delivery involvement, Resident Involvement improvement and development activities and recognised forums.
The group will complete the annual impact assessment report and evaluate the value for money impact of all Resident Involvement activites.
The group will produce annual input into budget setting for Resident Involvement, develop and monitor Resident Involvement performance indicators, develop self led regulation and input into summary reports for the Board.
The group will enable the required outcomes to be delivered with customer input across all areas of operation.
The Challenge Group is made of 10 customers from across the borough, with a customer Chairman.
