We want to capture your thoughts!

The government measures our performance as a landlord against a range of national standards, such as how quickly we carry out repairs or how much rent we collect. In addition to this, all social landlords have been asked to work with their customers to develop new ‘local offers’.

What are local offers?

1. These are a new way of changing our services based on what matters most to you
2. You tell us what’s important to you, your family and your neighbourhood
3. We capture your thoughts at a local roadshow
4. We then agree a number of ‘local offers’ which set out the services you want us to deliver in your area
5. Our customers then measure our performance to make sure we’re giving you the right services and they are to a good standard

We believe this is a really exciting new way of working. We understand that each community has its own needs and aspirations and we want to take these differences into account and tailor our service delivery according to your priorities.

What happens next?

We will be holding a series of roadshows across the region this summer to capture your thoughts on the local offers and any other aspect of our service delivery.

At these roadshows staff will be available to find out more about what’s important to you, or even what you think we waste our time on! Please come along and have your say, it’s a great way to make a real difference to what we do.

The dates for the roadshows are as follows: 

• Upton Priory, Kennedy Ave shops, Friday 30th July , 10am-12 noon 
• Hurdsfield, Hurdsfield Green, Friday 30th July, 2-4pm
• Knutsford, Mansion Drive shops, Wednesday 11th August, 10am-12 noon
• Wilmslow, Twinnies Road shops, Wednesday 11th August, 2-4pm
• Weston estate, Earlsway shops, Monday 23rd August, 10am-12 noon
• Moss Rose estate, Macc Town car park, Monday 23rd August, 2-4pm
• Ropewalks, Tuesday 31st August, 10am-2pm 

If the roadshow is not coming to your area, please come along to our Ropewalks session. We will provide you with transport if you need it.  We look forward to capturing your thoughts!
