STATUS Survey 2009 - the results are in!
Customers of Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust have given a major thumbs up on the Trust’s performance since it took over the management of their homes in July 2006.
A comprehensive customer satisfaction survey carried out in January and February 2009, found significant improvements across a range of areas including the condition of properties and opportunities to participate in management and decision making.
Overall customer satisfaction was found to have risen from 77% in 2007 to 84% in 2009. The survey also found increased satisfaction with repairs, maintenance, neighbourhoods, the friendliness of staff and opportunities opportunity to get involved in the Trust’s work.
Asked if they thought their rent represented value for money, 85% responded that they felt it did.
